Our Business Philosophy:
Having owned our own horses for 30 years, and bred 3, we know only too well the highs and
lows of looking after horses, riding them, and competing with them, and having
been skiers for 14 years, we also know all the trials and tribulations that this exhilarating sport can hold.
Whether you ride as a hobby at your local
riding school, or just like to hack out on your own horse or pony, compete at local level or county level or even ride
as a professional, the feelings of anxiety, panic and tension that can arise when riding, are the same
for everyone; It’s how we deal with our thoughts, feelings and reactions that makes the difference.
Our aim is to support, encourage, empower and teach horse riders
how to use the power of their own mind to resolve their riding problems, and become relaxed, calm, confident, happy riders, who
enjoy their equine friends and all that they bring to their lives.
With the help of our knowledge and experience as recreational
skiers, we hope to inspire, motivate and support all those skiers who find this sport exciting, addictive and absorbing, but
at the same time are nervous of falling, hurting themselves, and pushing themselves out of their comfort zone, so that they
can progress confidently beyond easy nursery runs, onto blues then reds.
All our recordings are copyrighted
and cannot be copied and resold, but you can transfer your download to your mp3 player or burn it to CD for your own personal
use. If you receive a damaged or faulty CD please let us know straight away and it will be replaced immediately.

Sharon specialises in Equestrian and Downhill Skiing Sports
Psychotherapy; Counselling, supporting and helping riders and skiers to help themselves.
She is the
producer, and author of all the Self-Hypnosis Audio CDs and downloads, and is the co-author of the highly acclaimed book "Ride
with Confidence" forwarded by Kelly Marks.
She offers Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals and couples, helping them with a wide variety of emotional
issues such as depression, relationship problems, anxiety, and panic attacks, anger management, low self-esteem, lack
of confidence and many more. She also offers Supervision to other Counsellors, Hypnotherapists, Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers
and others in the caring professions.
Sharon
offers Hypnotherapy (when appropriate), to help clients with their physical, emotional, biological and lifestyle problems,
especially fears, phobias, and unwanted habits and behaviours. This form of therapy is very useful for improving
sports performance, overcoming panic & anxiety attacks, Fear of Flying, Driving and Skiing, fear of the
Dentist, nervousness about Exams and Tests, to control Pain, and the symptoms of IBS, as well to help with losing weight,
smoking cessation, and insomnia.

Alan Shinwell, Dip
Coins, is also a qualified Counsellor, and has worked for a local Mental Health Charity Organisation. Alan has 30 years
experience of riding and looking after horses and handles the World Wide Marketing, Promotion and Sales of the
CDs and downloads, receiving and despatching orders from individuals and retail outlets as soon as they are received.
