Confident Rider Partner Programme Terms & Conditions: Thank you for your interest in becoming a Confident Rider Partner. These Terms & Conditions explain how the Partner Programme operates. 1. Approval All applications are reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme. Confident Rider reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. 2. Commission Approved Partners will receive 40% commission on the net value of qualifying sales generated through their unique Partner discount code or approved referral method. Commission is not payable on: Refunded purchases. Cancelled orders. Fraudulent transactions. Purchases made by the Partner for their own personal use. 3. Customer Discount Partners may offer their audience a 10% discount using their unique Partner discount code. The discount must only be promoted as authorised by Confident Rider. 4. Payments Commission will be calculated monthly and paid by PayPal (or another agreed payment method). Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details. 5. Promotion Partners are encouraged to promote Confident Rider honestly, responsibly and professionally. Partners should present Confident Rider as a resource that complements good riding instruction and should not suggest that self-hypnosis is a substitute for qualified coaching. Partners must not: Make misleading or exaggerated claims. Use spam or unsolicited bulk email. Misrepresent Confident Rider, its products or services. Use their Partner discount code in a misleading or deceptive way. 6. Brand & Copyright Confident Rider logos, images and promotional materials remain the property of Confident Rider and may only be used in connection with the Partner Programme. 7. Programme Changes Confident Rider reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Partner Programme at any time. Where possible, Partners will be given reasonable notice of significant changes. 8. Ending the Partnership Either party may end the partnership at any time. Any outstanding commission earned before the termination date will be paid in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 9.
