Privacy Policy and EU GDRP Compliance, Privacy and Cookies:

In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR May 2018).  Applies to all digital orders placed within the EU. 

We do not store locally any data given to us during the purchase process. Therefore, if you need to contact us about your order, please supply the PayPal ID transaction number and your PayPal email address.

Compliance with Data Protection Laws: 

With regard to any personal data processed by PayPal. 

PayPal and the merchant (us)  will respectively each be a controller in respect of processing data. PayPal and the merchant agree to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Laws applicable to controllers in respect of the provision of their respective services and otherwise in connection with this Agreement. In complying with the Data Protection Laws, PayPal and the merchant shall, without limitation:

 

  • implement and maintain at all times all appropriate security measures in relation to the processing of personal data;

  • maintain a record of all processing activities carried out under this Agreement; and

  • not knowingly do anything or permit anything to be done which might lead to a breach by the other party of the Data Protection Laws.

A Special Note about Children: Children are not eligible to use PayPal Services and we ask that minors (persons under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the PayPal Services.

Our Privacy Policy Regarding Children

We are very sensitive to privacy issues. We are proud of our long time commitment to our customers. We are especially careful in any communications with children.  On our web sites, we offer self-hypnosis titles and various therapy services, but it is our policy not to collect personal information from any child under 16, unless for a specific reason where the child's parent or guardian has first written to us giving their consent to communicate with them.
